By creating an account and using DesiChal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who Can Use DesiChal

  • You must be at least 17 years old to use DesiChal
  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

3. Content Rules

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
  • Harasses, bullies, or intimidates other users
  • Contains hate speech based on race, religion, gender, or sexuality
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Infringes on someone else's copyright or intellectual property
  • Contains spam, scams, or misleading information
  • Promotes violence or self-harm

4. Your Content & Copyright

You may only post content that you own or have permission to use. By posting, you confirm that you hold the rights to your content and that it does not infringe anyone else's copyright or intellectual property.

You own the content you post on DesiChal. By posting, you grant DesiChal a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the app. We do not claim ownership of your posts.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your own account at any time from your Profile settings.

6. Privacy

Your use of DesiChal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data in compliance with UK GDPR.

7. Disclaimers

DesiChal is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times. We are not responsible for content posted by other users.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DesiChal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
