DesiChal respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law, and to remove or disable access to content that is found to infringe.
When you post content on DesiChal, you confirm that you own the rights to that content, or that you have permission from the rights holder to use and share it. Repeatedly posting content that infringes someone else's copyright may result in the removal of the content and the termination of your account. See our Terms of Service for more detail.
If you believe that content on DesiChal infringes your copyright, you can report it in two ways:

Once we receive a valid and complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly. We will also notify the user who posted the content so they are aware of the action taken.
If your content was removed following a copyright notice and you believe it was removed in error or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@desichal.com explaining why. We will review counter-notices and may restore content where appropriate.
We will keep a record of valid copyright notices. Where we determine that a user has repeatedly posted infringing content, we will terminate that user's account in accordance with our Terms of Service. We may also restrict or remove content at any time where required by law.
Making a false or misleading copyright claim may result in the dismissal of your notice and, where appropriate, may have legal consequences. Please make sure your claim is accurate before submitting it.
